About Me
Max Pitts is the founder of MP Athlete Management and a rising force in the world of athlete representation. Born and raised in Victor, New York, and a proud graduate of Canterbury School, Max brings a sharp, modern perspective to the sports business.

As a student with a 4.8 GPA and a passion for analytics and branding, Max finished second in the world in DECA's Marketing Team Decision Making competition. That same creativity now fuels the work he does for MP clients: building graphics, crafting pitch decks, and negotiating on their behalf.

With a deep understanding of sports media, NIL strategy, and athlete branding, Max created MP Athlete Management as a selective, commission-only agency focused on building legacies, not just landing deals.
